service.
These terms apply when you access a JANVIER service, purchase credits, commission work, or use a delivered result.
1. About JANVIER
JANVIER is operated by PT Janvier Karya Indonesia, a creative and graphic design company registered at Jalan Teluk Cendrawasih 52, RT 004/RW 003, Kelurahan Arjosari, Kecamatan Blimbing, Kota Malang, Jawa Timur 65126, Indonesia.
2. Our services
We provide creative direction, graphic design and digital image production for fashion campaigns, editorials, e-commerce catalogs and commissioned portraits. The scope, input requirements, credit cost, expected output and any service-specific conditions are shown before production begins.
3. Accounts, credits and pricing
Prices are shown in Indonesian rupiah (IDR). Purchased credits are recorded in your JANVIER account, do not expire and have no cash value. The checkout page shows the total payable amount before you confirm payment. Any applicable tax or payment charge will be disclosed before confirmation.
4. Payment
Payments are processed through a secure third-party payment provider. JANVIER does not store complete card or bank credentials. Credits are added only after payment confirmation. If payment fails or expires, credits will not be issued and you may safely try again.
5. Client materials
You confirm that you own, license or otherwise have permission to provide every image, garment design, logo, trademark and other material submitted to JANVIER. You must not submit unlawful, misleading, infringing or harmful content.
6. Production and delivery
You are responsible for supplying complete and accurate inputs. Estimated timing begins after the required inputs and credits are received. Timing may change when instructions are incomplete, a revision changes the agreed scope, or circumstances outside our reasonable control interrupt production.
7. Cancellations and refunds
For an unused credit pack, you may request cancellation within 7 calendar days of payment. Duplicate or erroneous charges, missing credits and other payment problems should be reported promptly. Once credits have been used or production has begun, a change-of-mind refund is not available. If a technical failure attributable to JANVIER prevents delivery, we will restore the affected credits, reproduce the work, or provide an eligible refund. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible and may take up to 14 working days, subject to the payment provider or bank. Your rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
8. Revisions and acceptance
Included revisions, when offered, are described within the relevant service. Requests outside that scope may require additional credits or a separate quotation. Please report a material delivery problem promptly so we can investigate it.
9. Use of delivered work
Unless a separate agreement says otherwise, you may use delivered work for your own lawful personal or business communication and marketing. JANVIER retains its underlying methods, systems, templates and production know-how. Third-party trademarks and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
10. Availability and responsibility
We work to keep the services available and delivered as described, but cannot promise uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, JANVIER is not responsible for indirect losses or losses caused by inaccurate client inputs, prohibited use, third-party platforms or events outside our reasonable control.
11. Privacy
We use contact, account, order and payment-confirmation information to provide the service, support transactions and meet legal obligations. Payment credentials are handled by the payment provider. Contact us if you have a question about your personal information.
12. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms for future orders by publishing a revised effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. We will first try to resolve any dispute in good faith through the official contact details below.
